Through student affairs, the College has developed Rapid Response Groups covering topics related to gender equity to multicultural competencies and inclusion. The groups quickly meet when a problem arises and respond with either a campus wide statement or educational programming.

Admissions Office has a staff member who is specifically responsible for the coordination of diverse student populations. All admissions staff are also trained on working with diverse populations.
