The College has an appointed faculty member who reports to the Provost and is responsible for diversity policies and education on the faculty side. Additionally there is a staff position in student affairs who works with multicultural programming and policies. Furthermore there are five Diversity related committees covering topics associated with gender equity to international students.

All student leaders must attend a diversity and inclusion 4 hour training covering things related to power dynamics and micro aggression. Further, all employees were required to attend a viewing of the movie "42" and participate in a 2 hour training and discussion on diversity in the workplace.
