This program was extended in 2021 and renamed Interim Flexible Work Arrangements (IFWA) program. The IFWA is intended to enable a flexible work environment when reasonable and possible given the operational needs of the unit and operational requirements of an employee’s position. The IFWA contributes to the university's sustainability efforts by reducing travel time thereby decreasing McGill’s environmental footprint.
