Centraide Campaign
Every year, the McGill University raises funds for the Centraide du Grand Montreal campaign, a charitable organization that supports community organizations and volunteers in order to meet the needs of the most disadvantaged and vulnerable people in the region. The university encourages employees to organize fundraising activities to contribute to the campaign. In 2022, the McGill Centraide Committee raised over $421,000 (source: https://www.mcgill.ca/senate/files/senate/senate_minutes_january_18_2023.pdf).
