Employees receive an hourly rate that respects Quebec's minimum wage (currently $13.10); all unionized employees have a minimum hourly rate that is higher than Quebec's minimum wage. Regular employees also have benefits, including: Group Insurance (Health, Dental, Short/Long-Term Disability, Basic Life, Optional Life, Accidental Death), Pension Plan, EFAP, Staff Fitness Program, Tuition Assistance, etc.
