1. Sustainability topic-specific training takes place on an ad hoc basis, from sustainable procurement to aboriginal awareness.
2. HR Staff development workshops - Reflection Cafés use CoachingOurselves modules that touch on innovative management practices that allow peer-to-peer learning while simultaneously allowing community connections to be built.


A brief description of any external professional development and training opportunities in sustainability that are supported by the institution(e.g. through payment, reimbursement, or subsidy):

McGill Office of Sustainability (MOOS) staff attend conferences and training revolving around issues of sustainability throughout the year. Furthmore, the LEEDing Change project (funded through the Sustainability Projects Fund) provides access to LEED training to project managers and appropriate project key stakeholders (e.g., building directors).
