Yes
None
A brief description of the management system:
Utilities and Energy Management uses a basic interface to track the energy consumption of the main buildings on the Downtown Campus. Electricity, steam and chilled water are measured.
Utilities and Energy Management is in the process of installing more meters to track the energy consumption and performance of 50+ buildings on both the Downtown and Macdonald campuses. A project to install more meters is underway and should be completed by the end of 2011. A web application is being developed to allow managers and the campus community to visualize the energy performance of the main building in real-time. The goal is to compare each building to the average performance of the campus and to benchmark, e.g. against other universities in Québec.
