Additional info: MIT's building spaces are managed under several MIT policies and programs including annual reporting and performance tracking for all MIT buildings via EPA Portfolio Manager including steam, chilled water, electricity, and municipal water use. In addition all of our spaces are managed under a green cleaning program, an IAQ program, and an IPM program. In addition we are subject to annual building performance reviews for each building by the City of Cambridge.
