Mental Health and Counseling services are available to all students at MIT’s on-site medical facility called ""MIT Medical."" A benefit called “MyLife Services” provides employees, faculty, staff, postdoc associates and postdoc fellows with up to four free and confidential counseling sessions per person, per concern, with a licensed mental health professional. Community Wellness at MIT Medical also works with the entire MIT community to provide resources and programs to help make healthy choices. Classes and programs include: exercise and fitness; stress reduction and mindfulness; sexual health; wellness coaching; healthy eating and more.
