A survey was sent out to all benefits-eligible employees.

The institution adjusts benefits for employees based on responses to the survey about which benefits are helpful to them and which benefits they aren't finding useful or aren't using. Within the last year, the institution added voluntary life insurance for the employee, spouse, and children of the employees. There was also a recent change to the structure of the tuition benefit policy to benefit part time staff. The institution also added long term care/nursing home care insurance to the benefits in 2014.
