The paper purchased for use in campus offices and departments for printers, copiers, etc., is Sustainable Forestry Initiative Certified Sourcing. This is the stated preference of the institution at this current time and is consistent across departments.


A brief description of steps the institution has taken to ensure that the purchasing policy, directives, or guidelines are followed :

Office staff tasked with purchasing paper for the institution in each division are expected to order from a central location for paper purchasing so there is consistency in what is used across campus and for similar printers, copiers, etc.
