Inventory of certified and verified food and beverage purchases made through January 2019 to January 2020 assessed all products that met the standards under certified and verified purchases for the three primary dining service locations on campus. The vendors and brands identified were used to extrapolate expenditure data for all food and beverage purchases made by Sodexo across campus.
Sodexo calculated the expenditures for plant-based food for dining services for all of campus for the reporting year.
