The Office of Sustainability has participated in Human Resources’ GROW With Marquette programs. GROW With Marquette classes offer opportunities for personal and professional growth and are free for all Marquette employees. Marquette Sustainable has hosted one of these sessions offering information on university sustainability initiatives already in place, how employees could be more sustainable at work, and offered time for attendees to share any initiatives they would like to see on campus.
Marquette Sustainability has also given presentations that allot time for open dialogue and provide action items at Staff Senate meetings.
