Does the institution have a policy, practice or directive to consider the social and/or environmental impacts of investment decisions, in addition to financial considerations?:
Yes

A brief description of the sustainable investment policy:

Marquette follows the guidelines of the Wisconsin Province, in addition to paying close attention to the guidelines established by the US Conference of Catholic Bishops. Representatives from each Jesuit province, including the Wisconsin Province, form the National Jesuit Committee on Investor Responsibility (NJCIR). The NJCIR advocates for socially responsible corporate behavior by coordinating shareholder advocacy initiatives at both the province and national levels. The NJCIR province representatives also collaborate to identify economic justice priorities.
