Marquette ensures a sustainable compensation through a “Living Wage” University Policy & Procedure (UPP) and through the Department of Human Resources’ Total Compensation Philosophy. The Total Compensation Philosophy can be found at the link below. The “Living Wage” UPP is restricted to campus, and is available upon request.
