Marquette ensures a sustainable compensation through a “Living Wage” University Policy & Procedure (UPP) and through the Department of Human Resources’ Total Compensation Philosophy. The Total Compensation Philosophy can be found at the link below. The “Living Wage” UPP is restricted to campus, and is available upon request.

The total number of employees working on campus includes: full-time faculty, full-time staff, part-time faculty, part-time employees, and Sodexo employees. These statistics are from the fall 2011 census.
