Does the institution offer a condensed work week option for employees? The institution does not have to offer the option to all employees in order to earn this credit.:
Yes

A brief description of the program:

The university’s Flextime University Policy and Procedure (UPP) offers employees the opportunity, based on supervisory approval, to have a condensed work week. The Flextime UPP states: “Within specific guidelines and with advance supervisory approval, flextime provides the opportunity for employees to adjust work schedules (starting and ending times) to better meet personal and family needs and obligations, while fully meeting the requirements of the job.” The possibility of flextime schedules will vary from department to department as each department will have different needs.
