Yes

A brief description of how the institution meets the criteria:

The Department of Purchasing established and promotes Marquette’s Diversity Supplier Program. This program was designed to demonstrate the university’s commitment to stewarding its assets responsibly and assisting emerging businesses, particularly those that draw women and ethnic minorities into the economic life of the community. The university seeks opportunities to involve such emerging businesses in the university’s purchasing process. Marquette also encourages its contractors and suppliers to provide for their participation through meaningful partnerships, joint ventures, subcontracts and other contractual opportunities.
