There is a monthly newsletter distributed by the Wellness Committee called Heart talk. The newsletter provides information on sustaining health of the body and the heart. It includes recipes, exercise tips and various information for a healthier you.

We recently put down ground cover that will be easier to maintain for the maintenance crew and a sign has been placed inside the plot stating the type of ground cover that is planted and that the area does not need to be walked on or mowed.

Madisonville Community College is a part of the Kentucky Community and Technical College Systems and there is a newsletter that is sent to all employees daily with current events from the various community colleges. Each individual community college has the ability to submit any events or news they would like to share. All sustainability related events or programs are submitted and published through KCTCS News.

MCC sends out a personal newsletter and all sustainability events are published in this newsletter as well. We havge created a Sustainability Newsletter that we will send out twice a semester with various sustainability information, event notices ect.
