We reviewed examples of Sustainability Literacy Assessment questions and used the examples to develop a series of questions that were best suited for Madisonville Community College students.

The assessment was administered to all current students via email and students that are newcomers to MCC were assessed during their FSE (Freshman Experience) session. Students were given a designated deadline to have the assessment completed by and we generated results from the responses received.

Incoming freshmen will be assessed again within the next year to see how their perception and experience with Sustainability related issues has changed.
