Veggie Co-op
A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:
The Veggie Co-Op is a non-traditional housing open to sophomores, juniors and seniors interested in living in a meat-free community. Students in this house are off the campus meal plan, are responsible for contributing $500 a semester for groceries, and cook for themselves and one another. Once a week the residence meet to specifically talk about cooking, cleaning and grocery shopping roles.
