In 2019, the Sustainability Manager regularly offered staff training on the Sustainability Plan and related issues through the annual January and May staff training. There is always at least one session dedicated to sustainability, and often more. It varies each year as staff are able to submit sessions they are interested in.
The Sustainability Manager also regularly gave talks for Wellness and Health at Macalester (WHAM) and the Staff Advisory Council's programs.
Because of campus changes in instruction and events during the Covid-19 pandemic, there have been several online discussions of sustainability related topics open to the entire campus community.
