Luther College Dining Services is Food Recovery Certified. Luther College supplies fresh, flash-frozen food from our college cafeteria to three pantries in Northeast Iowa: Decorah Community Food Pantry, Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation-Winneshiek County Food Pantry (Decorah), and Open Hands Food Pantry (West Union).Luther College partners with Iowa Food Hub to transport food from Decorah to the West Union pantry, 30 miles away. Unserved cooked food from the cafeteria is packaged and delivered twice a week throughout the academic year.

The Luther College Cafeteria is located in the lower level of the Dahl Centennial Union. The Cafeteria is open daily and features an array of freshly-prepared meals. It is operated by Sodexo.
