Our Food Recovery Network certification started in February 2018. Luther College has been working for the last several years with the Northeast Iowa Food Bank to supply fresh, flash-frozen food from our cafeteria from our college to the community. Unserved cooked food from the cafeteria is packaged and delivered to the food bank twice a week throughout the year.

The Luther College Cafeteria is located in the lower level of the Dahl Centennial Union. The Cafeteria is open daily and features an array of freshly-prepared meals. The Cafeteria serves approximately 3,000 meals a day. It is operated by Sodexo.
