A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:

Evaluations of some departments are requested for example, every two to three years the Finance and Administration Department sends out an employee satisfaction survey to all Luther College employees. Employees are asked about their opinions of various departments, staff, staff development opportunities, training opportunities, the benefits options they receive, etc., and all answers remain anonymous.

The college does no general employee satisfaction or engagement survey at this time, we hope to begin this with our new President's arrival.

Feedback is given to the departments reviewed and they are asked to work on plans for resolution
