A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:

Every two to three years the Finance and Administration Department sends out an employee satisfaction survey to all Luther College employees. Employees are asked about their opinions of various departments, staff, staff development opportunities, training opportunities, the benefits options they receive, etc., and all answers remain anonymous.
