A brief description of the trans-fats avoidance program, policy, or practice:
Luther uses soy oil, which does not have trans fats, in its fryers. Also, trans fats have been banned by Sodexo internationally (at all units) for 2+ years. Since June 8, 2010 Luther Dining Services has been managed by Sodexo, Inc., a leading provider of integrated food management services in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
