A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
Faculty Climate Survey administered to current non-tenure, tenure track and part-time faculty. Similar to 2020 survey. Compares the responses of men and women, as well as faculty of color and white faculty. 839 respondents out of potential 3,481 respondents (24.1% response rate).

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
From the attachment: The findings of this survey will inform the aforementioned LUC-INSPIRED faculty programming, which aims to improve retention and equity among women and unrepresented minority faculty. More about the LUC-INSPIRED programming can be found on their website. The results will also support broader university decision-making and efforts to build a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive climate at Loyola.
