We produce a monthly newsletter during the academic year with a current distribution of over 1,200. Each issue includes the following sections;
As Seen on Campus - featuring sustainability project details
Student/Alumni Feature - interview with sustainability leaders
Faculty/Staff Feature - interview with sustainability leaders
Sustain It Yourself - DIY style section
Pass the Mic - Feature on grassroots or diverse-led local sustainability group
Culture Corner - "softer" piece on media or entertainment related sustainability resources

Yes

A brief description of the signage that highlights sustainability features on campus:
On buildings that have green features (Information Commons, Quinlan Life Science Building, Baumhart Hall) there is signage describing energy and water saving technologies.
As we cycle through our programming weeks, we refresh posters that remind occupants of sustainable behavior - eg. water conservation during WaterWeek, health eating during FoodWeek.
There are signs on Lake Shore Campus that showcase the sustainable landscape features including rain gardens, permeable pavement, and full site features.

There is a script of sustainability features used by admissions and student development as well as an online tour script.

Residence Life is very active in supporting sustainable living for the 4,800 residential students at Loyola.
