The university conducted a comprehensive climate study process in 2017. Provost's office has also executed an series of interviews with diverse faculty across our campuses over the perceptions of diversity issues as they relate to faculty and students which resulted in approximately 40 interviews.

Diversity Climate Survey is designed to learn more about diversity, inclusion, and equity experiences taking place at Loyola. Survey results will help the university understand what is working and what improvements can be made in order to continue creating, fostering, and supporting a culture of diversity, inclusion, and equity university-wide.
