The university began a comprehensive climate study process last year, which should be completed sometime in the 2017 spring semester. Provost's office has also executed an series of interviews with diverse faculty across our campuses over the perceptions of diversity issues as they relate to faculty and students which resulted in approximately 40 interviews.
