Cano Reusable Containers

A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:

LMU partnered with Cano, a company focused on eliminating single-use food packaging waste. Cano's reusable containers were introduced into LMU Dining services in the Fall of 2022. LMU became the first university nationwide to introduce the Cano program into their dining services.
