LMU became Food Recovery Network Chapter in April 2014.1 Food Recovery Verified website lists Sodexo at Loyola Marymount University as a certified dining establishment in California. https://www.foodrecoverynetwork.org/frv/
In 2013, The Lair Marketplace and Roski Dining Hall became GRA Certified. We achieved our 4 Star Rating at the Lair in 2014 and in 2016 at Roski.
