LMU became Food Recovery Network Chapter in April 2014.1 Food Recovery Verified website lists Sodexo at Loyola Marymount University as a certified dining establishment in California. https://www.foodrecoverynetwork.org/frv/

In 2013, The Lair Marketplace and Roski Dining Hall became GRA Certified. We achieved our 4 Star Rating at the Lair in 2014 and in 2016 at Roski. Green Restaurant Association website lists Lair Marketplace and Roski Dining Hall as certified restaurants at Loyola Marymount University. http://www.dinegreen.com/find-restaurants
