Based on our last Department of Labor record, the total number of employees is 6051, which are all at or above the minimum salary for the job group/title. This does not include the number of contractors as they are not considered employees and therefore are not subject to the same policies and compensation practices. Purchasing handles all contractual agreements. The last benchmark assessment was conducted in 2007, however each hire’s salary is reviewed individually to determine appropriateness with the established range and market competitiveness.
