A brief description of the vegan dining program:
Vegetarian and Vegan options: Many students choose a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle for humane or health reasons. There are growing environmental reasons as well since the production of animals for food consumption is the number one contributor of greenhouseb gas emissions.
Vegetarian and/or vegan options are offered at every meal and LSU Dining works with students to increase the variety and availability.
