With every construction project we use LEED certified dumpsters, which Waste Management recycles as much material as they can. We are able to track our diversion rates through the DART tool indicating the amount of waste that is generated during the project.

In 2022 we demolished one of our dorms - the scrap metal was recycled and the masonry, concrete, etc was used to backfill the hole left when the building was removed.
