Narrative outlining the data collection process used in the preparation of this report:
The data providers were contacted by the Sustainability Office staff and students workers. They were provided with a brief overview of the reporting framework and process, and asked to provide specific data and information connected to their programs. Information was saved, where needed, in a STARS worksheet and google documents.

Morgan McGrath, a senior undergraduate student, was employed as a reporting intern for the purpose of comlpleting the STARS report. She was one of two team members primarily responsible for collecting data and filling out the report components.
Description of the internal data quality controls used in the preparation of this report:
Data is maintained in a shared folder for each credit, as needed, and tracked via google documents and the STARS credit workshop. Any large data sets are double checked by a reporting team member.
Data provided by our Institutional Research department is vetted through their data quality system.
