In 2020 Lehigh conducted a Climate Survey administered via the Higher Ed Consortium (HEDS) with a 44% response rate.

The Campus Climate Survey Summary is shared with the campus community to help inform all stakeholders. In addition, the results are being used as a major data source in the University Strategic Planning efforts around Campus Experience

The information above was not impacted by COVID-19 and therefore is representative of a normal year. Due to COVID-19, Lehigh had to delay an employee satisfaction survey in 2021 to 2022.
