Building design and construction were delayed slightly by COVID-19, but the data above is representative of a normal year.

Buildings certified within the past 5 years: Health Science and Technology Building (200,000 GSF) was completed in 2022 and certified as LEED Gold in 2022. Chandler-Ullmann (94,658 GSF) was renovated in 2019 and LEED certified in 2020.

Buildings certified more than 5 years ago: Williams Hall (63,026 GSF) was renovated in 2015 and certified as LEED Gold in 2016; STEPS building (137,330 GSF) opened in 2010 and was certified as LEED Gold in 2011. The Ben Franklin TechVentures building addition was certified as LEED Gold in 2013.

Buildings currently under construction and in the process of being certified: Singleton, Hitch, and Maida residential houses and College of Business's Business Innovation Building.
