Training and development opportunities are available and being expanded yearly. We utilize brown bag lunches, Employee Relations Advisory Committee presentations, and other opportunities that are open to staff for internal sustainability professional development and training.
Opportunities include Cornerstones of Community, Not Anymore, ODI&E trainings, ERAC and CE@L: Knowledge at Noon Sessions, LUally workshops, Center for Gender Equity Workshops, curated videos, e-learning modules from LinkedIn Learning and KnowBe4, Be Well Videos, and Community Conversations About Race sessions.
*Not Anymore training, Brown Bag Lunches, and Diversity Champions workshops were not offered from 7/1/21 - 6/30/22

Faculty and staff have professional development reimbursement funds that can be used to attend/participate in sustainability focused or related trainings. All Lehigh staff are required to complete Cornerstones of Community diversity and inclusion programs. Employees' training completions are listed within their self-assessments & development plans in their performance reviews. Performance review conversations address employee development, including mandatory training completions.

Staff Professional Development and Training was not significantly impacted by COVID-19. However, because the Not Anymore online course (which is assigned to the whole university) was not offered during this timeframe, we chose to report data from FY 19, to be representative of our performance in a normal year.
