This data is representative of the beginning of Fall 2021.

Since some credits in this STARS report were impacted by COVID-19, we did not always copy this data over if a given credit used data from a prior year (FY 19) (in order to be representative of a normal year). In those cases, we used PRE-5 data from FY19 so as to compare like data.
