A brief description of the sustainable operations and maintenance policy/program and/or O+M rating system(s) used:

Lehigh operates all of its buildings using a multi-attribute system but these practices are not certified by third-parties. Lehigh has an electric meter and a water meter in nearly every building. OP-5 explains the electric metering and an associated dashboard. OP-21 explains that Lehigh recently established water conservation goals and is now working toward achieving them. Thus, Lehigh is carefully monitoring electric and water usage in nearly every individual building to ensure that it is decreasing, consistent with the University's energy and water reduction goals. A green cleaning program is used in all buildings except on a few specific athletic surfaces such as wrestling mats. Lehigh also has policies in place now for a tobacco-free campus and to maintain indoor air quality in all buildings.
