Has the institution conducted a survey or other evaluation that allows for anonymous feedback to measure employee satisfaction and engagement during the previous three years?:
Yes

Percentage of employees assessed, directly or by representative sample:
100

A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:

Lehigh participated in the Workplace Dynamics survey in 2018. This survey is administered by a third party. In Lehigh's second year of participation, response rate was 65%. In 2020 Lehigh conducted a Climate Survey administered via the Higher Ed Consortium (HEDS) with a 44% response rate.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:

For the Workplace Dynamics survey, division results were shared with the VPs and Deans, and an overall report given to the President and Provost. Each division prepared response and report of strategies to capitalize on strengths and address areas of concern for the president. For the 2020 Climate Survey, we expect to follow a similar strategy.
