The above numbers include paper purchasing by both Lehigh Library & Technology Services and Mountainhawk Print and Design Center (our onsite design and print shop).

Office paper purchasing was greatly impacted by COVID-19, thus the overall spend was approximately $20,000 less than in a normal year. This reduction was composed almost entirely of our 100% recycled paper used by students for printing in the libraries. To reconcile this difference, $20,000 of 100% recycled paper was added to the actual total calculated during the time period listed above (as shown in the attached spreadsheet). By doing this, the data above is representative of a normal year.
