Buildings certified within the past 5 years: Williams Hall (63,026 GSF) was renovated in 2015 and certified as LEED Gold in 2016. Chandler-Ullmann (94,658 GSF) was renovated in 2019 and LEED certified in 2020.
Buildings certified more than 5 years ago: STEPS building (137,330 GSF) opened in 2010 and was certified as LEED Gold in 2011. The Ben Franklin TechVentures building addition was certified as LEED Gold in 2013.
Buildings currently in the process of being certified: Health, Science & Technology Building; Singleton, Hitch, and Maida residential houses.
Building design and construction were delayed slightly by COVID-19, but the data above is representative of a normal year.
