Training and development opportunities are available and being expanded yearly. We utilize brown bag lunches, Employee Relations Advisory Committee presentations, and other opportunities that are open to staff for internal sustainability professional development and training. Opportunities include Cornerstones of Community, Not Anymore, ODI&E trainings, ERAC and CE@L: Knowledge at Noon Sessions, LUally workshops, Office of Multicultural Affairs: Diversity Champions workshops, Be Well Videos
A brief description of any external professional development and training opportunities in sustainability that are supported by the institution :
Faculty and staff have professional development reimbursement funds that can be used to attend/participate in sustainability focused or related trainings. For example, a course or a seminar focusing Campus Food Insecurity training from Academic Impressions (https://www.academicimpressions.com/product/0619-food-insecurity/)

All Lehigh staff are required to complete Cornerstones of Community diversity and inclusion programs. Employees' training completions are listed within their self-assessments & development plans in their performance reviews. Performance review conversations address employee development, including mandatory training completions.
