Training and development opportunities are available and being expanded yearly. We utilize brown bag lunches, Employee Relations Advisory Committee presentations, and other opportunities that are open to staff for internal sustainability professional development and training. Opportunities include Cornerstones of Community, Not Anymore, ODI&E trainings, ERAC and CE@L: Knowledge at Noon Sessions, Tackling Tough Topics Together: Community Dialogue with the Council for Equity and Community, Office of Multicultural Affairs: Diversity Champions Workshops for Staff and, Faculty, Be Well Videos

Faculty and staff have professional development reimbursement funds that can be used to attend/participate in sustainability focused or related trainings.
