A brief description of the time period from which the figures reported above are drawn (i.e. one-year time period or representative sample):
Spring 2017 purchases for public site computers. We are unable to separate out reporting for total spend on desktops and laptops, displays, thin clients, etc. Unfortunately, our reporting pulls in peripherals, grossly inflating the numbers. As such, I entered an estimate a bit more conservative that previous years to ensure the number wasn't completely off. The EPEAT sliver spend is accurate, as we specifically did an RFP for those computers and specified EPEAT silver in the purchase requirements.
