While Lehigh has not created a specific policy for new design and construction, we did sign a climate commitment (2009) that includes new design and construction goals and we passed a Sustainability Plan (2012) reiterating this commitment.

While there is no formal process in place for ensuring compliance with green building and design guidelines as of this submission, Campus Planning is in the process of creating guidelines and policies pertaining to campus projects.

STEPS Building is new construction built and certified as LEED Gold. Williams Hall was recently renovated and certified as LEED Silver.
