A small subset of the Lawrence employee population receives the WI minimum wage of $7.25/hour. These employees work on a very part-time, variable basis, and receive access to the on-campus wellness center, library, and other university events. They also have access to services provided through our Employee Assistance Program and can freely participate in an annual personal health assessment.
