A brief description of the institution’s third party certified land holdings:
Lawrence has been certified as a Bee Campus USA since May of 2019. This certification comes after the installation of a demonstration beehive at the Warch Campus center, faculty organized research regarding bee behavior and habitat in Appleton, and a commitment to managing campus grounds in a way that promotes healthy pollinator populations.
